The unit was nice and clean roach I was happy that I choose u all to store my things and Michelle was so nice and friendly to me she explain everything to me in an understandable manor..

I've had issues since I've got my unit, first once I set up my unit over the phone the person I spoke with didn't tell me I needed to come pick up a key so I arrived with the movers doing office hours no one was there so I couldn't get into my unit. So I had to sit my stuff in a family members yard till Monday mind you it's fri. Then I was issued a credit after multiple calls once my credit ended I received to bills Nov and Dec Nov being a partial payment even though December hadn't arrived my unit was pad locked I paid the bill I currently have a zero balance I come up here they still haven't removed pad lock and it's 9:15 am no one is in office even though they open at 9am. If you enjoy no one being in office during office hours zero customer service this is the storage unit for you.
